How to Convert a Lead into an Order
Follow these steps to convert a nurtured lead into an order and complete the post-order setup.
STEP 01
Select the lead
Open Leads Listing and select the nurtured lead that is ready to become an order.
STEP 02
Click Add Action
Open the lead details and select Add Action.
STEP 03
Choose the action type
Select the relevant action, such as Phone Call, Email, WhatsApp or Others. Enter the action details as appropriate.
STEP 04
Set the lead status
Under Lead Status, select Order Converted.
STEP 05
Save the action
Click Save Action to record the conversion.
After conversion: Two important activities
- Go to Service Model Master and add the product or service for which the order was received.
- Go to Supplied Item, select the customer, add the exact model/service, record free-service entitlement and warranty period, and assign the service engineer.
Important: Complete both activities after the order is converted.
