What is the Schedule Calendar?

The Schedule Calendar helps sales staff and telemarketers view scheduled activities for today or earlier dates, review leads and record their next actions.

Step 1: Open the Schedule Calendar

Open the Schedule Calendar to see the activities scheduled for the day. You can also review activities from earlier dates.

Step 2: Open a Scheduled Item

Select a scheduled activity on the calendar to view its details and the related lead.

Step 3: Take the Next Action

Click “Add action” to record the next activity for the lead.
